Look what I found hiding in a box!

Rekorderlig Winter Cider! I purchased a couple of these last winter and totally forgot I had one left. Yay me!

Cider is quite delicious but apple and pear varieties can become a bit boring so this ‘winter’ version (apple, cinnamon & vanilla) makes a nice change.

A way to make it even more delicious is to drink it warm.

Simply pour in to a saucepan:

You only need a medium heat, try not to boil the cider:

Serve in a mug:

Warming the cider tends to take some of the fizz out of it which I like. Makes it not so ‘burpy’.

You can also try this method with apple, pear or strawberry and lime cider. Or any flavour you like really.
