I pinned these Waffle Iron Brownies on my Pinterest about 6 months ago.
It seems like an AMAZING idea for making brownies quickly, getting them hot and gooey and ready to eat significantly less than the normal 50 minute cooking time.
I followed the directions to the letter.
And I freakin’ NAILED IT!

Mmmm, brownies. I’m sure it was still amazing Michelle!! Throw that on top of some vanilla or coffee ice cream and call it a success!

LOL you are so funny! I agree with Christy, success is in the eye of the beholder… don’t show anyone else the picture and scoop it on top of some ice cream, add some hot fudge or caramel, a sprinkling of nuts and whoohoo! Yummy dessert!
On the flip side, what the HECK do you figure happened? 8-P

I don’t know what went wrong… I tried various cooking times, from way under the recommended to over and always got a crumbly result. Sprayed the heck out of it with nonstick spray, etc. Maybe it was the mix I was using, I don’t know – it sure didn’t work out for me!
But yes – they were still delicious, and the kids sure didn’t care how they looked.
