Colum and I made Peanut Butter and Apple Bars last night, from Two Peas and Their Pod’s recipe.

I wasn’t certain how they would turn out as the batter didn’t really behave the way I expected, but then again, I’m no baker, I just follow directions.

They turned out scrumptious, but I was so in love with EATING them I forgot to take a picture of the end result.

Later that night, I was definitely NOT having a second serving when I found out that I’m not the only one who thinks the Peanut Butter Apple bars are irresistible:
